Auspicious Home Care’s mission is to support individuals participating in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) across New York State by providing clear administrative guidance, multilingual assistance, and ethical, person-centered support that promotes informed participation, compliance awareness, and continuity of care.
As a facilitator, Auspicious Home Care supports individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and other long-term conditions by helping them understand program processes and requirements. We are committed to accessibility and provide multilingual support in Haitian Creole, Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, and English to serve diverse communities across New York State.

Auspicious Home Care operates as an authorized facilitator and subcontractor under Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) within New York State’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Our role is to provide administrative guidance and customer support to CDPAP consumers and personal assistants by helping them navigate required processes, understand program expectations, and access assistance related to registration, documentation, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
As a facilitator, Auspicious Home Care does not administer CDPAP, process payroll, or act as a fiscal intermediary or employer. Instead, we serve as a supportive operational layer, working in coordination with PPL to reduce confusion, promote compliance awareness, and support continuity of care for program participants. Through clear communication, multilingual assistance, and person-centered support, we help ensure that individuals and caregivers can participate in CDPAP with confidence, informed choice, and respect for their autonomy.
