Who We Are
Auspicious Home Care is a New York–based authorized facilitator and subcontractor operating under Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), the statewide fiscal intermediary for New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). We provide administrative and customer support to individuals participating in CDPAP.
Auspicious Home Care does not serve as a fiscal intermediary, employer, or payer, and does not process payroll or tax-related functions.
As a CDPAP facilitator, we provide administrative support only. We do not provide caregivers – consumers choose and hire their own.

Our Role in the CDPAP System
Auspicious Home Care operates as an authorized facilitator and subcontractor under Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) within New York State’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Our role is to provide administrative guidance and customer support to CDPAP consumers and personal assistants by helping them navigate required processes, understand program expectations, and access assistance related to registration, documentation, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
As a facilitator, Auspicious Home Care supports individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and other long-term conditions by helping them understand program processes and requirements. We are committed to accessibility and provide multilingual support in Haitian Creole, Chinese, Mandarin, Spanish, and English to serve diverse communities across New York State.
Why Auspicious Home Care?
Through clear communication, multilingual assistance, and person-centered support, we help ensure that individuals and caregivers can participate in CDPAP with confidence, make informed choices, and maintain respect for their autonomy.
All caregiver enrollment and payroll administration are processed through PPL, New York State’s fiscal intermediary for CDPAP.
